Transparency

Many legal firms will quote by the hour meaning you will not know the true cost until the application case is closed. Some law firms like ours prefer to quote a set fee but many law firms will just say our costs are X. Our firm prefers to break down in the client care letter all costs making us super transparent.

Technology

We use online technology to drive the client costs down. Each client will complete our online pre-client care letter that ascertains what we need to know before accepting the client or asking for any money.

If the client is happy with our set fee and we know we can help the client, the client is invited to sign our online business terms.

Correspondence

When we draft the client visa form and visa support letter, we always ask if the client is happy how we are representing them and their data.

We ask the client for sign-off and provide the client copies of all correspondence. Only then do we submit the client data to the Home Office.

Dedicated contact

Any client that signs up to our firm, they will get a dedicated immigration lawyer to represent them.
